Our Story
The founders of Agilitas Solutions recognized a critical gap in the market: internal teams struggle to align on which actions will most effectively improve customer experience. For years, we’ve helped companies design and run customer measurement programs—often leading expensive consulting workshops to help teams prioritize initiatives and align strategy. Through this work, we uncovered the real issue. The challenge wasn’t gathering data—it was execution. Insights weren’t being translated into action quickly enough, and leadership lacked visibility into progress. That realization drove us to create a better solution: one that makes organizations more agile by turning insights into action faster, with clear accountability and C-level transparency.
